Harvey L. Burns Jr. is an accomplished attorney admitted to practice in all Texas courts, California state courts, as well as the Eastern District of California and Southern District of Texas. Specializing in personal injury and civil litigation, Mr. Burns brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his clients' legal matters.

During law school, Mr. Burns honed his legal skills through internships with the Sacramento District Attorney’s Office, participating in courtroom mediation, and advising litigants at the Sonoma County Small Claims Advisory Clinic. These formative experiences provided a strong foundation for his practice and instilled a deep understanding of the legal process.

Mr. Burns is also an active member of the legal community, currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Pasadena Bar Association. His commitment to service extends beyond law, as he is a lifetime member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and a proud member of the World's Championship BBQ Committee.
