Brittany C. Giddens-Burns is a Probate and Estate Planning attorney in the Pasadena and surrounding Houston Area that represents clients in all aspects of probate and estate planning. Brittany also represents clients in civil litigation regarding personal injury, maritime and the Jones Act. Brittany started in law at a young age as a legal assistant and eventually became the office manger of a personal injury law firm. Brittany later moved to California to attend law school. She received her Juris Prudence Degree from Humphreys Laurence Drivon School of Law. She participated in the small claims clinic in law school, which allowed her to help people to prepare their cases for small claims court and help people determine if they had a case or defense they could argue in court. While in law school Mrs. Burns interned at the Sacramento District Attorney’s Office. This extremely valuable internship allowed her to attend and participate in court as a certified law student in misdemeanor and DUI court. While there Mrs. Burns wrote and argued motions before the California Superior court in Sacramento. Brittany worked for a Bankruptcy and Estate planning attorney in Elk Grove, California. Although Brittany is a young attorney she has worked in and around the legal field for over 10 years.
